New Mentorship Program Opportunity

We’re excited to introduce a new mentorship program opportunity! We’ve partnered with Cancer Hope Network to create Allies of Hope — a program with one-on-one peer support for survivors, patients, and caregivers.

It can be difficult to go through a cancer diagnosis, treatment, supporting a loved one, or adjusting to post-treatment survivorship without someone to talk to who understands what you’re going through. That’s why our shared mission is to inspire hope and improve the quality of life for people impacted by colon cancer through an individualized program that matches patients and caregivers with trained Peer Mentors who have undergone a similar cancer journey.

Every person with cancer has a unique experience, so finding someone who understands your individual challenges can be difficult. Through Allies of Hope, you can request to be connected with a mentor based on diagnosis, treatment protocol, clinical trials participation, individual lifestyle choices, and other personal circumstances. This support is available to you at any point along the continuum of care — from pre-diagnosis, through treatment, and into post-treatment survivorship.

Our Peer Mentors empower patients and their loved ones by providing empathetic, compassionate support. They inspire hope and resilience and offer encouragement and motivation. Sign up to be a mentor now so you can be part of our kick-off training on June 24th! All mentors must go through an interview vetting process before the training, and spots are limited!
