All bike types. All distances. All fitness levels.
All across North America (and beyond).
Join us annually in May as riders from across the country join together to raise awareness and funds for research to end colon cancer during National Bike Month.
Whether you ride a road bike, cruiser, stationary bike, or something in between — we welcome everyone to hop on and join the cause. This unique, month-long biking event allows you to ride when, where, and how you choose. As you move your body, you raise awareness in your community while showing your support for colon cancer survivors.
Joining the event is as easy as setting personal mileage and fundraising goals, logging your miles, and raising awareness and support for colon cancer patients and survivors. No matter your fitness level or biking experience, we welcome everyone to have fun, challenge yourself while being active, and pedal with us all month long.
Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States. Through raising awareness of signs and symptoms, screening options, and on-time screening, you can educate your friends and family and save lives
Funds raised during the event will support colorectal cancer research. Every dollar you raise will support research into the quality of life during cancer treatments and early-age-onset colon cancer diagnoses.
Living a healthy lifestyle is good for your overall health and reduces your risk of colon cancer. By getting on-time colon cancer screening and riding your bike you’re taking one step towards a healthier lifestyle.
Ride your (road, mountain, cruiser, spin, or any) bike every May as we ride to end colon cancer!
Sponsoring the Tour de Tush is an excellent way to support education and research efforts, which will help to save lives and improve public health.
By raising funds, you will directly support crucial research efforts and make a tangible difference in the fight against this disease.
Help continue the mission of Tour de Tush all year long with your own community biking event!

Tour de Tush and the Colon Cancer Coalition are important to me because they are about encouraging screening and raising awareness of correctional cancer. People don’t like to talk about their colon or hate the thought of a colonoscopy but CCC and Tour de Tush raise awareness in a fun way that makes it easy to have the conversations. We need to talk about it, we need to get screened.

My friends and family look forward to this event every year. My father, Michael O (my team namesake), passed away from colon cancer in February 2021 and I got into cycling as a way to process my grief. I have continued cycling and use it for stress management and personal fitness now. I even completed my first 32 mile race in November of last year! We also have a local group ride with members of my team and other friends every May.

Three and a half years ago my dad passed away from Colon Cancer. That spring the Tour de Tush was born. I thought it was the perfect way to honor my dad while raising awareness for everyone else! Every year I look forward to being able to continue to ride for my dad while building awareness around colon cancer.
