The GUARDIAN ANGEL AWARD honors a special caregiver or advocate.
Both awards will be presented at the 12th annual Get Your Rear in Gear – Philadelphia on Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park.
Past recipients have included young and old, men and women, in treatment and out, nominated by loved ones who shared their inspirational stories.
