Eva was a beautiful, friendly, caring & full of life. She made a friend everywhere she went and had an infectious laugh. She loved reading and spending time with grandchildren and family. She was a great dancer. She loved unconditionally and always saw the good in people.
On March 11, 2009, when she was initially diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer she had just lost her first husband to liver disease a month before and she was always concerned for everyone else’s well being. She was treated at Uvalde, Texas Cancer Center, Cancer Care Centers of South Texas, San Antonio, TX and The Cancer Center at Hunt Regional Medical Center, Greenville, TX
She was brave, courageous, fought a hard fight and never gave up hope that she would be okay. Even in her last days, she was at peace and wanted to make sure everyone else would be okay.
