DETAILS: Inside or outside, wherever you get your rear in gear! You can run, walk, hike, ride, dance, garden, bake. Do whatever moves you, and do it for at least 64 minutes to represent the 64 percent of people who survive a colon cancer diagnosis.

Celebrate, remember, or honor someone in your life impacted by colorectal cancer. The Blue Mile is a portion of the run/walk or bike route dotted with customized signs in tribute of those we love.
