Survived by: Marlene Hanks (Mother), Debbie Hanks (Wife), Ross Joseph Hanks (Son), Heather Lynn Hanks-Tarrant (Daughter) and Richard Lee Hanks (Son). Three sisters – Margaret Klein, Mamie Hanks-Burton and Michelle Hanks-LeFors
He was only boy in the Hanks family. He is my brother, still is. Only one. Always will be my one. He was my best friend. He was proud to be part of a deaf, imperfect family that he always enjoyed living in.
Very outgoing, love climbing mountains, hard-worker and sense of humor. Heart-warming, easy-going and loved to share his scriptures from the bible to others. He was the first to set up a bible study for men only at Gainesville Baptist Church.
His profession was something related to Microchip, I believe. Actually, He was good at anything, such as being a father, husband and family man. He enjoyed duck hunting, fishing and learning things about amish, monk and bible scriptures. (Odd, but interesting….)
