HI Joe, the 2-mile walk starts at 9 a.m. Hope to see you there!

    Hi Joanne –
First, I am very sorry for your loss. The decision to cancel the Philadelphia event was not a decision we made lightly. All of our staff and volunteers were very broken-up about this heart-wrenching decision, in large part because of what it means for families like yours. The decision was made in the name of safety for all involved. Unfortunately, the City of Philadelphia’s special events calendar is full with numerous worthwhile charity events, planned well in advance, so we will be unable to reschedule this year. Look for us next year with an even more spectacular event to fight colon cancer and ways to remember those lost to colon cancer. Thank you for your understanding. All our best, Erin

Will we be refunded our money for the race?

      • Erin Peterson says:

Hi Georgia, as per our weather policy weather events are considered an “act of God” and we will not able to offer refunds for a race cancelled for these reasons. The money will stay in the Philadelphia-area for colon cancer screening, education and awareness programs. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi Roisin – If you are registered as a team, you will need to pick up your team box at packet pick-up on Thursday or Saturday to distribute to your teammates, but then you do not need to register or check in on race morning. If you have any questions let me know! erin@coloncancercoalition.org
